Fantastic High-Floor Experience
high floor city view special experience sky lounge
I appreciated the high floor. Our room was located on the 31st floor, it afforded amazing views. The Sky Lounge located on the 38th floor is a highlight, I enjoyed the city view. It provided a special experience after a long day.
I noticed a slight delay in the deposit refund. I was informed it would take 3-5 business days. It was a minor inconvenience.

The front desk staff offered a warm welcome. They also arranged a room change to provide a sea view room. This made my check in easier and the guest service was prompt and courteous.

The hotel's central situation is very convenient. I found it easy to walk to shopping areas. There was also quick access to various restaurants, harbor and the ferry terminal.

The breakfast buffet presented a decent selection. There were made-to-order omelets available. I also had option for special coffee drinks during my morning meal.

The location was good, near the central business district.
I was disappointed with the breakfast buffet. The selection was average. Presentation was below average, and getting a flat white was difficult. Management needs to address the coffee service during the morning rush. A self-service espresso machine would improve this.

spacious room city view perfect location extra fee poor communication slow deposit
The room was quite spacious with a great city view. The staff were helpful and kind. The location was perfect! just a few minutes walk to Skycity tower.
I didn't like being charged an extra fee on arrival in case of room damage purposes. I was also told my deposit for the room would be deposited straight into my account as soon as I checked out. I was told the next day it would take 3 to 5 working days to clear.
